We were not given room at Town Apartments rather shiftedr to La Scala Hotels & Pension which was very close to Ranweg station. Near Food(Halal) and grocery shop, on top of that it was safe place. Not far from downtown. Here I would like to appreciate Mr. Silvio, staff of Town Apartment, to be very helpful in moving us to other place.

We came very tired from flight Mr. Silva welcomed us with good news and bad news. Bad news that we will not stay in Superior Town Apartment which we paid for, good news that we were given two room apartment. It was initial disappointment and one cannot do anything when you are standing there with luggage and family of five, other than to accept whatever they will give. The building was very old and floor parquet was much older and loose that slight movement was making loud noise to disturb other sleeping family members. Our aprtment was on 2nd floor without lift and in summer only one small fan in two room apartments and even on request it was not provided. Internet coverage was not convenient, only at entrance wireless signal were coming. Overall I would say we were not happy.

Location is excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Apartment very well presented, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Becasue these are apartments, there is no proper reception and services. We booked a 4 room apartment which was advertised to sleep 8 people. After we made the booking, the confirmation (after the fact) stated that the rate was for 4 people, and there would be charges for additional occupants. Booked.net's effort to resolve this was poor and they told us to contact the hotel directly!!

The Place , Inside the apartment , staff , every thing was best .

They charged me extra 150 euros. They said the reservation was for 4 people although I was the only guest.

lack of staff when required. although I could call on my phone, having an international mobile meant that this was expensive.I expected a kitchen and was told the room I booked didn't include it. Brochure at the door states all rooms have kitchen. Is this false advertising?

It´s near to the downtown but not to the subway.

You have to give credit card datas, including the pin code. When you reserve the room the hotel charges 150 euros in your credit card in order to deposit. Supposedly they pay back the deposit when you leave the room but I have had to request it to my bank because the hotel hasn´t pay me back the deposit yet. Moreover the cutlery was dirty. The office is always closed, and if you have any problem you have to phone them.

It was a very positive experience in every sense.

air condition was broken (but replaced by mobile aircon equipment), what caused some problems.

The area where our apartment was locates was at 3 metro stops away from the city centre, and the metro station was close. The apartment was very clean, big, and with only one bathroom (not enough for 3 persons, as we were).

The Internet didn´t work at all, thing that wouldn´t allow us book anything online. We asked for this problem to be solved in various ocasions, but without success. We paid an extra of 60 euros, that represented the cost of cleaning after our departure. From the apartment´s presentation, I had understood that these 60 euros mean the cleaning that will be done during our staying. It wasn´t that, as I said before, the 60 euros is the cost of the cleaning after the guests leave the apartment, like it wouldn´t be normal for the guests to find a clean apartment. During our staying, our apartment was never cleaned and our towels never changed.

It is near to center , underground, airport

,They got 80 Euro for final cleaning despite the website showed 40-60 Euro .It is frequnted to me in both stays in this apartment .Small size of elevator .Aircondition existing but does not work allthough hot weather .staff
